- Prior to check-in, it is mandatory for every guest staying at the property to provide a valid passport. This is to comply with Dubai's legal requirements.
- Failure to provide the required documents will result in the inability to host the guest(s) for the duration of the reservation.
- No Unauthorized Guests: Only guests who are part of the original booking are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance.
- Parking: please use only the designated spot for your unit. Inform us in advance if you require parking space.
-Pets: No pets are allowed.
-Check-Out Procedures: Check-out is by 11 AM on the day of departure. Please ensure you return all keys and access cards.
-Damage Reporting: Any damages to the property must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause during their stay.
-No Illegal Activities: The use of the property for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
