Cozy Studio Apartment in DIFC
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
Located in the heart of DIFC, Dubai, La Capital Studio at Damac Park Tower DIFC provides a comfortable stay with convenient access to major landmarks. The property is just 3.7 km from both Dubai Mall and Dubai World Trade Centre, and 4 km from Burj Khalifa. Guests can enjoy complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool, a Tennis Court, a BBQ area, and a fitness centre.
House Rules:
1. All guests must provide a passport copy before check-in as required by DTCM (Dubai Tourism Department) and building management.
2. Prior to check-in, the Holiday Home Guest check-in document must be signed by the guest, forming a Holiday Home contract between the Licensee and the Guest.
3. The security deposit must be paid before check-in. This can be done in cash (AED/USD/EURO/POUND/RIYAL) or by credit card authorization. Additional fees may apply for any damages to the Holiday Home or other areas.
4. Access cards and keys are essential assets of the property. If lost, the replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
5. Respect the residential amenities and security of the property and neighbors. Avoid any uncivilized or inappropriate behavior.
6. Guests must not create noise that is offensive to neighbors, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM, including during arrival and departure.
7. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.
8. Children under 14 must be supervised in all recreational areas.
9. Guests may not make any alterations to the Unit without prior written approval from the owner.
10. Comply with vehicle parking rules and show consideration to others, minimizing disturbances.
11. Dispose of garbage and recycling according to the Unit, building, or community guidelines, using the allocated bins and areas.
12. Guests must not leave rubbish in public or common areas and must follow the relevant garbage and recycling collection schedules and requirements.
13. Guests are responsible for their valuable personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss.
