Drums, PA is an ideal getaway spot. It perfectly blends tranquility and convenience. Nestled in the scenic Sugarloaf Valley, it offers ease access to Interstates 80 and 81, making it a perfect base for exploring the Pocono Mountains. Nature lovers can enjoy nearby hiking trails, state parks, and outdoor recreation including sky diving and water-water rafting. Golf enthusiasts have abundant courses nearby. The area also features wineries, breweries, local dining, shopping, and charming small-town vibes with many local working farms offering fresh, local produce--quiet, relaxing, yet close to everything you need for a memorable stay.

HOT TUB ACCESS
Our hot tub is available year-round for guest use. It is professionally cleaned and maintained between each stay. For your comfort and safety, we recommend bringing outdoor sandals, bathing suits, and robes for the short walk between the house and the hot tub. Please bring your own towels for the hot tub.

This 3-story house offers 4 bedrooms (2 full-sized beds, 2 queen-sized beds) and 4 bathrooms - 3 on the main living areas and 1 in the basement.

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor has a full kitchen, dining room, living room with wood pellet-burning fireplace, and bonus sunroom tiled by renowned artisan who completed the Holland tunnel which links Lower Manhattan in New York City, NY to Jersey City, NJ. There is 1 bedroom on the 1st floor that shares a pocket door bathroom to shared house bathroom and laundry facilities.

2ND FLOOR
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a private bath and two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. Each bedroom celebrates a gem theme and color featuring the Diamond, Emerald, Citrine, and Ruby rooms.

BASEMENT
The basement is a fun gaming space, perfect for friends or use it as a private space with desk workspace.

Drums is mostly car-based travel with Rideshare options available. If you're flying in, the Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton International Airport (AVP) is the closest airport, about 25-40 minutes away. Yout hosts offer and can easily arrange transportation to your most important events. Please inquire if transportation needs exist.

PET POLICY
We are happy to host you and your pet(s)--please notify us upon booking if you plan to bring a pet. We ask that pets be well-mannered. A nominal $50 pet fee will be added per stay. This fee helps to cover the additional cleaning required after pet stays and ensures the home remains fresh and enjoyable for all guests.

Pets must:
--not be left unattended in home unless crated. Guests are responsible for providing their own crate.
--stay off beds and furniture.
--be clean before re-entering the home after outdoor activities.
--be cleaned up after. All pet waste must be removed promptly.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING POLICY
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted indoors. This includes:
--cigarettes
--cigars
--pipes
--marijuana
--e-cigarettes or vape pens

Evidence of smoking or vaping indoors will result in additional cleaning and deodorization fees. Thank you for helping us maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests.
