"We loved our stay at this property and wouln't hesitate to book it again the next time we visit. The property is located within walking distance of all of Kenmare's activities, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is well-appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms extremely comfortable. It truly felt like we were visiting our artistic aunt's house with beautiful art and attention to design in every room."

"The location is beautiful and private and easy to find . Accommodation is spacious and comfortable enough ( apart from the pillows but everyone has different preferences) but felt a bit dark . It seems there is a damp issue as the property unfortunately smelt mildewy and the bed clothes were all damp on arrival which meant we had to use own blankets for the night - we wondered if there is scope to improve ventilation . "What can I say, an absolutely gorgeous house and what a view!! The house exceeded our expectations- we travel with 2 wheelchair users and often struggle but this house was perfect for us. Kathleen was very quick at responding to our messages and extremely helpful with all our queries. The local area was full of friendly people and so very beautiful. "We chose this house so we could visit Skellig Island. Sadly, the trip was cancelled due to stormy weather but we didn't mind too much as the house was such a pleasure to hunker down in! "Beautiful house, immaculate. Spacious rooms and large walk in shower. Well equipped kitchen, warm. No satellite TV unfortunately. Great views all round, the sea and the mountains. "The cottage is very basic and dated, but the location can’t be beat. It is a lovely, quiet spot (secluded, even) between Kenmare and Sneem. No internet, no frills, but the owners are very nice and the cottage had everything that we needed. We found the bed to be quite hard. We really enjoyed our stay."
