"The house overall was good. The driveway was mentioned in listing so it isnt their fault but it is really bad. You can barely get on there without scraping the bottom of the car. It really needs a deep clean as there was dust everywhere and baseboards were not good, fans and AC vents were really bad with dust covered all over it. However, past that, it had the space we meeded and the kids loved the pool. We were able to cook and enjoy our time. The kids area was a plus as well. Plenty of towels...

"Linda was spot on property was in condition as noted on website. I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work communicated with Linda got on the phone for work purposes and before I knew it a new coffee maker was waiting on the porch! Will stay again! "

"Took us a while to get a response from the owner…yet he did try to get the electric on asap… House is very outdated , was not very clean, there where no real cooking utensils, games where all missing parts, and we where without power from 2-5:45pm it was very hot took a whole day to cool. Property was not maintenances at all grass over grown. The fridge kept shocking everyone after it started working finally. The stove top only had 2 working burners. The centipedes where horrible in the house...

"Hello there,The house was amazing. It was able to bring us much joy for our short stay. We had many laughs, joy, and fun. The games were amazing and have brought me memories i will never forget. The rooms were amazing and beds were comfortable. We thank you for letting us stay here for our weekened. You know youve picked right if youre staying here. The only negative thing will be when you have to pack up and leave. So please do yourself a favor and choose to make this place your home as least...

"It was hard to drag the kids out of the pool to go explore. Lol. The pool was nice and warm!!! Communication was excellent with the host. The property was very clean (minus a wrapper in the master bedroom) and kept at a very comfortable temp! Would book with them again for our next trip to Corpus!"

"Great place. We enjoyed time. Pool and hot tub seam to leak over edges and lose water. We had some small issues with the heat and fullness of pool. Host was very responsive. Pool was fixed fast. Lots of room beaches not to far away. 4.9 stars"

"This has to be the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. The little touches like a few bottles of water, coffee pods and snacks were a great bonus. I actually forgot some clothes and they contacted me quickly so i could arrange to pick it up. Higly recommend for your next trip to Kingsville. "

"I had a great stay! They had everything you could need and more. Quiet neighborhood, very convenient highway access, and safe area. The property owners were always reachable and more than willing to help out with any questions. Highly recommend! "

"* Warning, long winded* We loved our stay. The cabin is cozy with plenty of comfortable sleeping space and temperature control. The host was easy to get ahold of when needed, responded quickly, was pleasant, and even let us know when we had animal visitors. Lots of deer in the area. The place was stocked with basically all the basics we needed. We fished a little. Right in front of the steps is a spot you need to watch your step, otherwise the way down to the river is good. The area on the bank...
