Beautiful family retreat located 20 minutes from Grand Targhee!

New home perfectly located for all of your Teton Valley adventures! Our home is within walking/biking distance of Main Street in Driggs where you can enjoy some darling shops and yummy food!

Whatever your vacation entails, our home is the perfect spot! Grand Targhee, Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole, Yellowstone National Park, and other outdoor adventures are just a short drive from Driggs. In the Summer enjoy world class fly fishing, kayaking/floating the river, hiking, biking, and spectacular views of the Tetons. In the winter, enjoy the neighborhood cross country ski track, the 20 minute drive to Grand Targhee which offers the most incredible snow skiing, and so much more. If your vacation consists of resting and relaxing you will love our comfy Marriott mattresses and cozy bedding! Our large, well equipped kitchen, is perfect for cooking or hanging out and chatting around the huge island. Sit outside on the patio and enjoy a multitude of beautiful birds and gorgeous surroundings!

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large King bed with an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also has a TV. The second bedroom has a full bed and is located next to bathroom #2. On the main floor is also a large family room for gathering, watching TV, or just sitting by the fire. The laundry room and mudroom are also located on the main floor.

Head down to the basement to the huge open family room. There is a large sectional sofa and 2 large beanbags. The 75" TV is perfect for movie watching and hanging out! Downstairs there are also 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom with double vanity. The first bedroom is a bunk room with 2 twin over full bunks. This room is perfect for the kids! The second bedroom is a super comfy king size bed. There is also a TV in this room. The third bedroom has a queen bed.

Outside you'll find a patio with a table and 6 chairs, a grill, and Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the large yard and fresh grass! There is a great paved walking/biking trail in the neighborhood the goes to Main Street and also a dirt trail that is perfect for a stroll through the field just down the street from our home. In the winter, the dirt trail is a groomed cross country ski track that goes for miles.

Beautiful Home in Great Location

Wonderful winter retreat

Beautiful, stylish and very clean home with all the amenities! Super comfortable for our two families of five with six teenagers between us. Ideal location with easy access to Driggs as well as Grand Targhee. We'll be coming back!

East coast fam meets Wear coast fam in Driggs

Our families live on opposite sides of the country and we wanted to take a vacation visiting and exploring Yellowstone National Park and the Grand Tetons! We stayed in Yellowstone for a few days and then made our way to Driggs to this beautiful VRBO! Absolutely stunning home with ALL the amenities anyone could ask for! We will be recommending this place for years to come.

The home was amazing, and I say HOME, because that is exactly what it felt like - you immediately feel like you're at your own place and are comfortable with your surroundings - all of the amenities for a comfortable stay are included and the place is practically new. I couldn't be happier with the choice and location. Driggs is not the biggest little town, but there is still so much to do and places to eat - Jackson is only about 40 minutes away and plan a day trip to the park to see the Tetons from the Wyoming side Thanks again Tara!!

Best Surprise

This house was wonderful!! We have rented other houses before, and the houses aren’t always the same as their listing, but this was not the case! My family of 10 were very comfortable there and the kids absolutely loved the bunk beds, the lower loving area, and especially the bean bags! This was a very easy house to get to and it was in a lovely neighborhood. It’s close enough that we could either run to the grocery store or gas station and be back at the house within 5 minutes. It’s not a bad drive to the Grand Teton National Park, and about a 1 hour and 45 minute drive to Yellowstone, which for us wasn’t horrible. The host was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had! The house comes very well equipped with everything you might need, so it made meal prep and cleaning very easy!! Definitely recommend, and would rent this house again if we ever come back up this way!

A Beautiful Home

The home was clean and well-stocked. We were a party of nine adults There was plenty of room and plenty of dishes for our big group. The kitchen cupboards were well stocked. We all loved the house. The only complaint is about the doors. The doors only shut with a hard push which is noisy when others are in bed. Overall, we loved the house and would stay again.

Wonderful for large families or groups

This is such a wonderful home to stay in if you have a large family or group. There were enough beds to fit 2 families of 6. With 8 kids, ages ranging from 21 all the way down to 18 months. The two living spaces, one in on the main floor and the other in the basement, was great. We could send the kids downstairs while the adults had a quieter space upstairs. It had a pack'n'play for the baby (didn't use, brought my own) along with a table mounted highchair. Perfect since I forgot my portable high The three bathrooms was great with so many people. The neighborhood is so peaceful. My husband and I went for a long walk while the baby took a nap. We loved how we could just walk outside and not be assaulted by noise or the constant flow of traffic. Don't get me started on the kitchen! It was amazing. It was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner for such a large group. No need to be sparing on dishes, cutlery, or counter space. There was enough space to have everyone to sit and enjoy our meals. We love how it is only a short drive from Jackson after a long day of LotoJa. While a long drive, Yellowstone is easy to get to as well. We have already decided as a collective mind that we'd definitely stay here again for future LotoJa weekends.

Summer Stay

Family Reunion

This house is so beautiful and perfectly updated. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The downstairs was nice and cool all day and night long with room to chill and watch TV on a large flat screen. I would defiantly recommend staying here for a larger group.

Best rental ever!

This was one of the best short term rentals we have ever stayed at. The location was great. Quiet with an awesome view. It was also the best stocked rental. The kitchen had every implement you could ask for. Plus it was clean. First time we didn’t have to clean something before unpacking. Tara was a great host and will definitely check this place out the next time we visit Idaho.

We loved the home. Close to all the shop's, restaurants and about 45 minutes from Jackson Hole/Grand Tetons! The drive over the mountains is amazing. Very clean, nice neighborhood, the view was nice as well. If we ever travel back there we will definitely stay here again.

Escape to the Mountains: A Spectacular Stay in Driggs

Both the home and the host were 5 star, possibly the nicest VRBO we’ve ever experienced. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with comfortable beds, new furniture, wide screen TVs, bluetooth sound bars, linens, bedding, kitchenware, BBQ grill, washer/dryer and more. Everything is like new and spotless clean. The consumables were fully stocked as well: toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc. Tara is a prompt communicator and very accommodating of our needs. The views from the home are gorgeous. The home is about 1 mile from the Driggs town center, where we found a nice selection of restaurants. Highly recommend trying Hacienda Cuajimalpa if you like authentic Mexican food. There’s a really good ski rental shop in town. Overall, the town is very low key compared to visiting the big commercialized towns like Breckenridge, Vail, etc. You will not find any crowds here in the winter. We did not wait to be seated for dining at any restaurant. Driggs has a very nice grocery store as well, which we were not expecting. The home is about 20 minutes from Grand Targhee ski area. The road was quite icy, 4WD is likely required. Although, they’ve had a lot of snow this year. It may not be that way all the time. We also skied at Jackson, which is about a 1 hour drive over Teton pass. Overall, the skiing experience at both mountains was spectacular. These were some of the best skiing conditions in the 30+ years we’ve been going out West.

Perfect Targhee launching point

Couldn’t ask for a better launching point to Targhee ski resort and the Tetons. Had a group of 7 guys staying here as well as, adjoining condo. The space was perfect! Coffee, spacious kitchen, and heated garage was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out. Five stars for sure and would definitely stay again if in the area. The town of Driggs is also cool with a few good restaurants and much more exciting than the resort itself. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.
