"The property was nice and the inside was really clean and presentable. We really enjoyed the room. Super cute on the inside with many small touches that made you feel welcomed. Playground on site for the kids to play on. Theres was only really one issue that we had. The property is labeled, "peaceful pond stay." The pond was there as advertised right out front but the peace was missing. The property sits right next to I-49. Literally maybe 100 feet from the interstate. All night we could hear...

"The property is lovely. The house is large and accommodated our large family nicely. The theater room was a hit. The theater room with the pull out couch was nice for my daughter's family since the kids always has to sleep near her on vacation. They could really spread out."

"We planned a KC trip for a game at Kauffman Stadium and for a day at Oceans of fun but aren't fans of staying in KC. The Cottage was the best thing would could have done. The host was amazing. We thought we needed to check in earlier ahead of time and they were going to accommodate that. Cottage was clean and set up so perfect. My 2 daughters loved it. The neighborhood was amazing (Upper class) makes a real comfortable feeling. reason I didn want to stay in KC . Was nice having the laundry...
