"Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion."

"This was our 6th time visiting this amazing cabin. We love it so much. The owner keeps making amazing improvements, so it just keeps getting better and better.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, but my favorite part is the proximity to the lake. It is a great lale for fishing and just floating. We already booked for next year!"

"Beautiful lake home with plenty of water activities to enjoy.. kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and water toys. Very spacious. Large covered outdoor deck was great with some rainy days. Check in was easy. The hosts were very quick to reply with questions. Lots of parking space. Wonderful place!"

"We had so much fun staying at this cabin. There was plenty of things to do right there but also a lot of things within short driving distance. We loved being able to bring our dogs who had so much fun as well. It was such a peaceful getaway but still had access to WiFi and air conditioning. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires, smores, fishing and swimming. My only complaint is that the vacation wasn’t long enough! Would definetly love to stay here again! "

"This stay was super convenient for a recent concert we went to. The house it’s self and setting are a bit unconventional but don’t let that deter you. It’s clean and friendly and the system of in and out is very organized. Home owner and son are very accommodating and patient with our energetic children. "We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin! The location is great, the cabin has everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans etc. The lovely deck overlooking the lake was our favorite part of the property. Available WiFi and smart tvs were nice to have when winding down in the evenings. I would stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin on Balsam Lake! The downstairs area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty to do between fishing and the kayaks. We braved the seaweed in the middle of the lake for a short swim but were happiest on top of the water. "
