"Ideal room for a couples nights in the centre of town. Had everything we needed. Only downfall was the shower and cooker. Shower pressure and temperature wasn’t good. Kept going from scolding hot to freezing cold with very little pressure. The cooker control knobs did not work properly and at one point wouldn’t turn off (very dangerous) so we had to unplug from the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"The staff were so lovely and the dinner menu was especially enjoyable. Everything was clean and had everything needed. The location is great and makes it easy to walk on the waterfront path to the shops and restaurants. Lovely!"

"Super nice B&B in the welsh countryside... as close to a town (Ammanford) as you would want but far enough away to be rural. Rooms (we have stayed there twice in the past month) are really rather nice, showers have plenty of hot water and the hosts, Jane and Nigel, serve a breakfast that keeps you going for the rest of the day"

"Annex room window did not close. Lift was very rickety. Single beds were not comfortable. Shower leaked onto floor."

"I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain...

"From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. I queried why there was a £5 car parking charge when this hadn't been pointed out prior to my booking. I asked why this was and he said because I booked with Expedia. So be careful. The hotel was tired and not worth the money."

"The hotel is very tired and is in need of a complete refresh. Curtains in room were stained and shower was very old. Windows are not double glazed as there is a lot of noise from the traffic outside and we were on the 7th floor."

"My second stay here in the last couple of months and once again I was not disappointed. I stayed on the main building with a lovely room. I used the gym facilities and instead of dining elsewhere, decided to stay on site and eat at their restaurant. The food was utterly delicious and completely vindicated my decision. A great night's sleep was followed by a cracking breakfast with me fully refreshed for the day ahead. The staff were really friendly and I will be here again when I am next in the...

"The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside "
