"Charming & Comfortable Inn Features two eateries ; Fergusson Pub & Scozia Italian Restaurant both offering delicious menu selections. Highly recommend the George Fergusson Room with its comfortable mattress & pillows. It’s own bathroom with double shower & in room key tub . Staff were genuinely warm & friendly . Kudos to Claire & Sandy for juggling checks in & outs while seating & serving."

This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend"

"We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The staff welcomed us. Our room was on the 6th floor. Our room had a bad food sell, and the sofa and chairs were old and dirty. The walls were dirty. The wifi didn’t work in the 6th floor, which was an issue as I had a present to complete. I was able to work in the lobby - the wifi was fine there. I left 1/2 a slice of Starbucks banana bread on the nightstand, when I woke up it was covered in tiny red ants. The bar soap was so dry, it took...

"My partner and I stay at this hotel once a year, and it never disappoints. Every stay has been excellent, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, the amenities are great, and the breakfast offers plenty of options. The hotel is clean, and we were happy to see that the rooms have been beautifully renovated. We always look forward to coming back and would highly recommend staying here!"

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Staybridge Suites, St. Jacob’s. First , we got rained on at St. Jacob’s market , so we went early at the hotel and they were able to check us in early. They were so kind to get our rooms close to each other. The rooms were spotless clean, layout was very good , spacious and beds extremely comfortable.
