NO EVENTS ALLOWED - If you break the rules and hold an event (defined as more guests entering the space than the reservation was made for), you will be charged a $1000 fee, which is comparable to the fees for non-exclusive local event centers (and much lower than fees for exclusive private event rentals).

-Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to additional questions as part of our screening process before a reservation may be confirmed.
