"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. The pool was brilliant such a tranquil spot . We loved our stay at Reina . Thanks Stella . "

"We spent three lovely days at the villa up in the mountains. It was full of rustic charm and very peaceful (the only sounds in the evening were goats and birds!) "The check-in experience, handled by Iwanda, was excellent — warm, professional, and efficient. The property itself is very beautiful, with good food and a Kids Club offering plenty of engaging activities for children. However, we noticed a significant presence of ants in the room, which detracted from the overall comfort. More importantly, the hotel’s unwillingness to extend the check-out time — fixed at 11:00 AM — for guests with flights later in the day was disappointing. The only alternative offered was a 30-minute shower slot before departure. As frequent guests of luxury hotels around the world, we have never encountered such a rigid approach, especially in a property of this category. If this is indeed the hotel’s intended policy, it is an important factor for travelers to consider when choosing their stay."
