"Our stay at Tranquilo Lodge was an absolute dream. Sebastien and Christophe are the most amazing hosts. Sebastien helped us plan out the best 4-5 day itenerary and was always around to help with anything we needed during our stay. "Consider this more of a rustic camping-like experience. Cabins have screens, but bugs still come in. Incredible location! Spider monkeys were swinging above our cabin every morning, holwers start up at day break, and capuchins befriended us at the beach. Scarlett macawas everywhere, we saw them constantly, as well as toucans. The beach immediately out front is wavy and rough, but my kids still jumped in the waves daily. The highlight is San Josecito beach, a 17 minute walk along the ocean....

"Magnifique séjour dans un endroit paradisiaque ! Le lieux est extraordinaire avec une forêt verdoyante et des plages superbes. Les repas servis sont littéralement à tomber ! Bravo au chef Eduardo! Le réceptionniste, Josué, est vraiment chalereux et souriant. Il est très à l'écoute et a été d'excellent conseil. Nous avons dormi dans la tente qui n'est pas la plus confortable des chambres, mais nous avons passé un séjour fantastique!"

"Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Holzhäusern. Balkon mit traumhafter Aussicht. Ausstattung eher einfach und funktional. Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist - wie der gesamte Weg nach Drake Bay - etwas schwierig. "I was at the last cabana on the ridge. It had a kitchen in an attached room. It was great to bring back leftovers, make coffee and enjoy local fruit. There were 2 beds, a king and queen. The shower was walk in and everything worked well and was very clean. I ate at the table on the patio, enjoyed the hammock, and entertained by a multitude of birds, ant eater and ajouti. I would definitely come back."
