"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen Stränden in der Nähe. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch für die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. "La maison est très agréable , spacieuse , agréable à vivre , bien située , avec deux belles terrasses face a la baie , aux 1eres loges pour le coucher de soleil !!!! Tout pourrait être parfait si avant d’arriver on vous signale qu’il faut venir avec de quoi se protéger des moustiques , uniquement la nuit mais les attaques sont sévères ! Idéalement les propriétaires devraient améliorer certaines choses ds la cuisine , un mug par pers pour le petit déjeuner, une carafe pour l’eau ,un Tire bouchon...

Der Checkin/Checkout und die Kommunikation während der Miete war exzellent, Michela ist eine super sympathische Gastgeberin und hat uns in allen Themen sehr gut unterstützt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas minimal, aber wir haben dann sogar noch weitere neue Gläser bekommen. Einfach fragen, es wird sich sofort gekümmert. Toller Service, wir waren sehr zufrieden. "This is our second time staying at the blue house over Christmas. Sanam is a wonderful host who provides such lovely touches and is easy to contact. Clear check in and out instruction is provided. The house itself is in the best location. Portixol is our favourite place to stay on the island and there is nowhere better to stay in this area.
