Ganz schlecht ist die Nummer - ätsch bätsch, gebucht ist gebucht, absagen kostet 100% von deinem Reisepreis. Es gibt Gründe, wie z.b. gesundheitliche Gründe da sollte man kulanter sein. Eine NICHT genutze Unterkunft verursacht zb. NULL Reinigungskosten etc. etc. Man hätte 50/50 machen können oder wenn seriös, einfach den Preis erstatten. Aber "hungrig...

"Alles in allem ok.. leider war der Kontakt vor Ort schwierig. Niemand vor Ort. Kein Kontakt möglich. Erst nach mehrfachen anrufen jemand erreicht der helfen konnte an einen schlüssel zu kommen. Vorher kamen keine Informationen. Die Unterkunft war leider wenig sauber. Dusche und Herd waren defekt.koche war nicht möglich. Mehr als zwei nächte wollte ich nicht bleiben."

"Pros: Das Appartement war sauber und genauso, wie es inseriert war. Die Kommunikation war einwandtfrei und freundlich, es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Mädels waren froh mit dem Pferdehof vor der Tür. Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war wunderschön. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und für die Kids gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung."
