"We stayed here for 2 nights with out 4 year old. Room was nice and clean, pool area was also clean, little older but was great to swim in. Breakfast was great, the cinnamon waffles were amazing. It was also great having all day coffee. This was very low key, close to the village, walkable for older kids and adults for sure. We will definitely book again. "

"Second season staying here and it was great again. Owners are so friendly and really care. They’re constantly working on updating and refurbishing. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time, my room was super clean, the water pressure is amazing, and you can walk anywhere from the motel. Can’t wait to go back next year!"

"It was great loved it there and great view and price only thing I don’t like was last people there wrote some not so nice things on the wall but very nice place and close to everything and service was excellent and front desk was very friendly and nice it’s a little hidden gem worth the stay might stay again really soon"

"Love the atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Our room was large and spotless, bathroom could use a little updating but fully functional. The beach and pool area were great. Less than 10 minutes into town, which has plenty to do. We have already started planning our next trip back"

"Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. "

"The room provided basic needs. However, we were not impressed with the bed: it was hard to get into (I'm short) and difficult to move around in. There also were not adaquate towels, we had to ask for more. "

"Very nice resort. The owners really care about their guests. Extremely clean and comfortable. Right on the lake, they include kayak, paddle boats rentals for free with room. Will definitely be returning yearly. "

"I liked the elegance and historical nature."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just for one night as we traveled up the east coast from Montreal, but we could tell that the owners are putting a lot of work into fixing up the place. Everything was meticulously cleaned, most things like shower/toilet/bed/tv/fridge/microwave/etc. seemed quite new. Would highly recommend as a terrific affordable option to stay in the area (also, probably a lot more affordable and pleasant than staying in nearby Lake George.)"
