"We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere.
We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was...

"After a long drive, it was a wonderful surprise to find that Heritage House was even better than it looked in the pictures. It was clean, convenient, and easy to find in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants and resources close by. We were very comfortable there during our stay and I would highly suggest it to anyone, especially for the very reasonable price.
