"Great"

"Large secluded home with a big fenced back yard.Nice concrete pad to shoot hoops in the basketball goal. Close to McMinnville with plenty of choices of restaurants. 25 minutes from Rock Island State Park."

"Loved the house and how easy everything was as far as checking in and coziness. The river was great we caught tons of fish. And made some good memories and took some good pictures. Only negative was being unprepared for unwanted visitors showing up on the river bank while we were down there fishing. Being out of state I was unsure of the property guidelines. So I didn’t feel comfortable telling them to leave even though there are posted signs saying private property along the riverbank. Also...

"We had an amazing family weekend at this lake house! The location was perfect, and the house was clean and welcoming. Our host, Kasey, was wonderful to communicate with and made the experience even better. It was a wonderful place to relax and spend quality time together. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a family getaway!"

"House was well kept, kitchen has way more than I have ever seen in a vrbo home, every utensil, etc was available, this was great. Didn't use internet or turn on TV, read books and enjoyed conversation, give it a try! The views from both porches were fantastic and enjoyed a nice evening of country quiet with my wife here, 10/10 highly recommend! "

"This house has a beautiful site to wake up to every morning!! The children love the down stairs, makes them feel like they have there own hideout. I will recommend to everyone and anyone to visit this property it has what your looking for, comfort, quiet, and a spectacular view."

"We had a quick over night stay on our way from Nashville to oak ridge. The house was perfect - the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and hot water. The property is well maintained and met all of our needs. I would stay here again in a heartbeat,"
