"Was in town for a concert at the SAP center. Location is good, within walkable distance to SJSU, the SAP center, and San Pedro Square. Has free parking which is a big plus as many other hotels in the area charge for parking. Rooms were clean, all facilities were in good condition, beds were comfortable. Owner was very kind and attentive. This hotel is clearly a labor of love and I would definitely stay here again. "

"I was nervous because the reviews of this hotel are not so great, but I thought that is completely unwarranted. We had a nice room with a really nice bathroom. Staff was super nice checking me in. The location is very convenient."
