"Front desk staff does not want to even try to be helpful.
The room was spacious, but no soaps, lotions or amenity kits.
Towels were stained—we went and bought towels to use.
And the Beds feel like you are sleeping on Springs.
Get your act together Marriott."

"Our waiter this morning was amazing, Location was across the street from where we needed to be. Those are my positives. Lost power early this am which caused this crazy beeping sound waking us up. Front desk didn’t seem to care one bit. And now what I will always mark a hotel down on NO Freaking HOT water in shower. After a freezing concert outside all I wanted was to take a hot bath(I know I’m strange I use bathtubs in hotels) no hot water like barely luke warm. Tried again this am to shower...

"Our stay at this home was terrible. The listing claims it’s a 2-bedroom, but one of the rooms is just a converted garage, making the layout dark and uncomfortable.The biggest issue was the ant infestation in the kitchen. Ants were all over the floors, walls and an outlet near the counter. We left our takeout on the counter while settling in, only to find it covered in ants when we went to eat.
