"Our check-in process was smooth and the staff member on duty was very helpful. The first room that we were given was a complete mess. It had a broken dishwasher, the phones were not functioning or were missing cords, the refrigerator was dirty and still had food in it and the room was small and very dark. It was completely not what was expected from the descriptions and photos on the website. I went back to the front desk and told them about what we found and they quickly offered another room...

"The hotel room served its purpose and was close to where we needed to be. We had a few issues trying to stream movies with the internet but most may not have issues. Small tv issue when we got there but hotel staff quickly brought brand new tv to room. Staff were super nice and helpful. Living room next to balcony didn’t stay as cool but overall no big issues with the stay."

"This little hotel was unexpected and just what I needed. I knew from the photographs that it was an older property but I was booking last minute so I didn’t have a lot of choices. It isn’t fancy but has an adorable classic vibe that totally makes up for that. It is very clean and you can’t beat the location. I felt safe staying alone with my 2 kids. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, I would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel was definitely a prime example of "get what you pay for"-- if you are looking for a basic room, thats clean, thats very conveniently located to ocean blvd. Without the expensive "frills" and price tag-- this is IT! The office staff was very helpful to us throughout our stay, and overall we had no big issues. Beds were comfortable, TV worked, pool area was clean, and everyone that stayed there was friendly."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rooms are disgusting and look nothing like they look on the pictures online. The room they gave me had mold on the lampshade, paint chipping off the walls, broken outlet covers with exposed outlets. I asked the front desk person if I could cancel my reservation that I only reserved only an hour and a half before I got there, and he told me that I could cancel but he would charge me $800 if I did. "Location is great. Overall stay was good
Some issues we had:
• Elevators in the parking garage need to be serviced. We were stuck in one because the doors didn’t open. After a minute or so I was able to pull it open and exit.
• The mattresses and living room chairs are very outdated. The mattresses need to be changed out for sure.
• There was a lot of cigarette and marijana smoke in the parking garage elevators and on other balcony’s that made sitting on our balcony hard to do."
