"Did not give us new towels , but they brought some up when we called. The staff was always cleaning and working on site though. Hot tub was closed off. The pool area needs some attention but they were working on it. Could really use more parking spots."

"Place is clean but it’s old. To me smelled like smoke. Toilet and shower work ok but not the greatest. Walls are paper thin can hear people just talking in the next room. Breakfast first day was out of everything and had to wait for food to be restocked. Second day was much better. Food selection is limited."

"Great location, but major cleaning issues While the staff was friendly and the location is convenient, I can’t overlook the fact that there were bugs in the lobby and inside my room. It made the entire hotel feel unkempt and poorly maintained. I really wanted to like this place, but I won't be returning until I’m sure the pest issues are resolved."

"Beds could've been a more comfortable, but everything was clean, staff was super friendly, breakfast was hot and decent, and the location is very convenient with a grocery store and several restaurants nearby."

"AMAZING BREAKFAST! THEY HAVE OMLET ON DEMAND. DELICIOUS! Room was clean and great space for big groups. My only complaint and disappointment is that, because we were a big group we did use the sofa bed and it was a big disappointment. The mattress was super thin and it was leaning back, so we had sleep where the feet goes. And this line of hotel I would have expected better quality."

"Very nice room with clean carpet and very professional staff and is located in a very nice area with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was also great. Only recommendation is to consider updating your couches especially those that are little dated, I’m sure they will make your guests a little more happier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will highly recommended this location."

"The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!"

"Really enjoyed the hotel overall: nice staff, comfy and clean room, good bed linens and towels, fitness center always impecable clean and nice area to explore shops and restaurants. Brekafast buffet may get short of some food depending on the time you're there and employees lack some organization for replenishment.
