"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."

"We loved the quaintness of the room, complete with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling drapes. Having a restaurant right on site was incredible. I especially loved the girl dinner deal! We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful."

"The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever.
We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

"The hotel was very clean and All of the staff was on top of the game!!! The one thing I was very disappointed about and Most Definitely disliked was that they charge $14.00 plus tip for a Standard Continental Breakfast which was Crazy to me , they also offered a Menu with Way overpriced breakfast options between $9.00-&14.00. My daughter wanted a Belgian waffle which I got her with 2 small pieces of bacon which was $10.00 plus tip!!!! The $14.00 breakfast is Exactly what most Every hotel offers...
