"Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion."

"Very nice cabin and property. Teresa and Brad were great, 3 nice areas to relax outside, and the pontoon rental was so nice to have available!The cabin, bedrooms, living room and downstairs family room were also very nice! 2nd fridge & freezer & kitchenette was great. Clean bathrooms.A nice vacation home!!Thank you Teresa and Brad!"

"Beautiful lake home with plenty of water activities to enjoy.. kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and water toys. Very spacious. Large covered outdoor deck was great with some rainy days. Check in was easy. The hosts were very quick to reply with questions. Lots of parking space. Wonderful place!"

"This cabin has an interesting layout. They really made good use of the space. For a small family this cabin is great! The lake is so close to the cabin with a cute fire pit nearby. We rented the pontoon for one day of our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness of the lake. Communicating with Dave was easy and it seemed like he really wanted us to have a fun weekend. I’d recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a relaxing time. "

"Only issue was lack of AC on 90 degree days. I should have realized that ahead of booking. Great spot for spring/fall, just not ideal in such high temps. "

"This is an amazing property and a great stay. I always try to leave something to be improved on however: There is a small hornet/wasp nest somewhere under the stairs down to the lake, near the shed. Several people were stung. But it was not a constant problem so the nest must be small, but probably worth removing. Also, there was not enough toilet paper (at least that we could find) to cover all bathrooms so we had to buy some. But like I said overall very very nice and would definitely...

"We had so much fun staying at this cabin. There was plenty of things to do right there but also a lot of things within short driving distance. We loved being able to bring our dogs who had so much fun as well. It was such a peaceful getaway but still had access to WiFi and air conditioning. We enjoyed kayaking, campfires, smores, fishing and swimming. My only complaint is that the vacation wasn’t long enough! Would definetly love to stay here again! "

"We were here for a family wedding with various family members coming and going — some for an afternoon visit, some for overnight. Our 89-year-old matriarch even stayed for one night. It accommodated everyone’s needs nicely and was in a great location for easy access to restaurants, the movie theater and the wedding held in a nearby small town."

"The Nordic nest is a lovely getaway. It’s perfectly outfitted, with little extras like the candles and options for coffee, great local recs, and Joan is a very responsive and kind host. Highly recommend this beautiful spot. "

"The stay was perfect, from the cleanliness of the space to the amenities provided, you couldnt ask for more. Our host was active in communication and was kind and flexible enough to assist us when we had some difficulties with booking specific dates. Highly recommended!"

"Great property."

"We definitely found a hidden gem with this one. it was a last minutw booking over thebbusy 4th of July weekend and we stumbled across this location. I think we got really lucky to find such a great place with little notice. the view and location on the river was fantastic through the big windows or the cute play house and play set in the back. Plenty of room for our dogs to play there too.inside there was ample room for 4 adults, we even had guests come for dinner! we felt so comfortable...

"One of our all time favorite properties! Immaculately clean. Modern. Functional. Beautiful. The setting on the lake is picture perfect. We were so grateful to have central AC during our humid/warm stay. We used everything on this property - the deck area, the firepit, the grill, the screened in porch, the dock, the hot tub, the hammock, the raft, the paddle boards, the kayaks and the pontoon boat. This place checked all the checkboxes. The beds were comfortable and we truly appreciated...
