"The staff was anything but helpful, and rude during any interactions. The shower had no pressure and when I asked the front desk about it, the attendant said he had turned it off and would not give an explanation for why. There were bugs in the shower when we arrived, and the room smelled like mold. Overall experience was terrible and I do not recommend that anyone stay here."

"You get partial view of the lake. The pool seem nice but I wasn't there to swim. Bed and sheets were comfortable. And hot shower was relaxing. It helps that there is live stream TV and microwave. My stay is Ok because I only use it to sleep. The room have a scent of cigarettes and not so fresh scent but I easily got accustomed to it. I am here for business so I am ok as long as I get restful sleep."

"We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...
