Welcome to your lakeside paradise! With only a 3-hour drive from Detroit or Chicago, this adorable lakefront rental home offers the perfect blend of serenity, comfort, and recreational opportunities for your dream getaway. This lakefront home is centrally located between Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, and Lansing with 5 acres of lawn and wooded area along Long Lake with easy access to Bristol Lake.

Waterfront Access: Access Long Lake boat launch with just a short walk. Access Bristol Lake with a short walk across the street and enjoy its private dock!
Outdoor Living: The property boasts a spacious deck/patio with outdoor seating, perfect for alfresco dining, barbecues, or simply lounging. Pellet smoker and portable grills are by request.

Modern Amenities: This home is equipped with all the modern comforts you need for a memorable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a cozy fireplace, and comfortable bedding (including a Sleep Number and “hospital” adjustable bed). RV Hookups available at an additional cost.

Recreational Activities: Take advantage of outdoor toys like bicycles, kayaks, deluxe pontoon boat, captained direct drive ski boat, or 14’ motorized fishing boat. Some amenities are only available seasonally at an additional charge upon arrival. Complimentary use of lawn games and sporting equipment is also available for your entertainment.

During the winter months a snowmobile and 8 wheel Argo are available at an additional charge with some ice fishing gear. Most report the best ice fishing on Long Lake is right off the shoreline out the back door. Just stay in the house and watch the tip-ups!

Everything from the view, attention to detail, knowing what the guest wants, and the host were fantastic!! We had the pleasure of meeting the host, which was an awesome experience. A lot of laughs were had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quite getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great host, laid back atmosphere, enough seating for all, even come welcome snacks (which was great because some of us forgot to eat lunch before arriving). We had a family wedding in the area and 10 adults stayed here for two night. It was perfect. It had everything we needed, no need to run out and enough seating we could all be together in the main area. We the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the huge gathering area on the deck and the lake. We would rent again.

The property was really ideal for our stay. We had 3 teen gymnasts and 4 parents total. Plenty of outdoor areas to explore, and a sweet bakery about a mile down the road. It was close enough to Battle Creek to be able to commute everyday for the competition. Rob is super helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to be able to cook meals, there were plenty of bathroom supplies and cleaning supplies for anything we might need. This would be a perfect spot in warm weather for kayaking and fishing.

House we perfectly setup for a little weekend getaway. Plenty of space and amenities. Location was perfect for the Barry Roubaix race we did on Saturday. Looking to book here again next year.

This was a fabulouse house in a quiet area. The house is fully stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen and toiletries if you forget to bring yours. Theres also a nice dollar general 5 min away if you need to buy anything. It was very clean on check in and the beds were comfortable. So many amentities in a great sized yard that our dogs absolutely loved, especially the lake access. It unfortunately rained most of our trip. But if it hadnt we pribably would have barely stayed inside since the patio is so comfortable and the firepit is large. We rented the boat for a reasonable price and Rob gave us a tour of the lake so we knew the logistics of navigating the lake. It unfortunately doesnt have a sand bar or beach, but we had fun anyway. We also went to Mooville and had some delicious ice cream. Rob was absolutely superb witb communication a d hospitality, I definitely reccomend staying here, our group already talked about staying for a longer period next year.

This was our 2nd year staying at the property. It’s was just as good as we remembered. The house has been well maintained. It is equipped with everything you need and more. We visited with our children and grandkids . Plenty of seating to hang out together inside or on the large back deck. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommended if you need a place to stay in the area.

Very nice and large. Access to 2 lakes was great. Back deck is huge and plenty of seating. Inside had it all, from plenty of bedrooms to stocked kitchen.

Enjoyed a family reunion at the house with 6 adults and 3 kids. Nicely stocked with games and pantry items, along with thoughtful touches like assorted chips. The water is softened, but the owner had plenty of bottled water to get us started. It was too early in the year to spend time on the lake, but there is a put in close by and it looks like a great place to kayak.

When we entered the house we couldn't believe how big it was inside. The outside looked small. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed to cook. Very clean. The bedrooms were very nice with ROBES and SLIPPERS on the bed. The bathrooms were very clean and had everything you may have forgotten ie: toothbrush, shampoo and even q-tips. Water in the bedrooms and bathrooms. This was a very nice place to stay. I wish we could move this house to go where ever we go. We had a great time.

The house was very clean and the additional amenities were awesome. Loved the touch of the robes and slippers in each room along with the snacks on the table. Had fun with Alexa. She did not respond to being called Alexis. I would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect location for the 7 of us! The home is extremely clean and Rob has thought about everything! It was a beautiful fall weekend and we didn’t get out the driveway before we decided we wanted to come back next year!
