"Had a great, but too brief of a stay, at Linda and Jon's cabin. Very comfortable. Just wish the vegetable garden was ready for harvest. While the cabin appears isolated at first glance, it is actually very convenient to Kroger, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again, if passing through Carbondale. "

"It was a beautiful property and very, very clean. I appreciated the incidentals provided, like shampoo, paper plates and cutlery, spices, and coffee. The bedrooms were nice, and the beds were comfortable. Although we only had 6 adults, there was another bedroom for two more. There was plenty of room to move around and hang out. It did rain, so we could not enjoy the deck and hot tub, but we were able to use the gas grill. Thank you so much for offering this exquisite property through VRBO. We...

"We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! Thank you. "

"This property is beautiful. The area is peaceful and the house is just as listed. Lots of special touches, charging ports in each bedroom, TV in each bedroom and lots more. They say the little things matter. Five stars "

"Beautiful condo with a great patio view of the ocean. Very clean, plenty of parking. Quick drive to historic St Augustine, Anastasia SP, lighthouse. If you plan on fixing and serving meals bring everything you need, no mixing or serving bowls. No containers, ziplock bags, tinfoil or saran wrap. Coffee maker works well. Loved the shower, great water pressure and hot water. Bring your own body wash, shampoo and conditioner as none of these are provided. There are little hotel soaps, but they do...

"One of the best houses we’ve rented from! Very clean, plenty of linens, and everyone had more than enough space. Close enough to town to order DoorDash, but still has the ‘cabin in the woods’ feel. Best of both worlds! "

"This is a remarkable property tucked into the woods just west of Carbondale. Beautifully appointed. Gorgeous screened-in wrap around porch. Amazing bedrooms with en-suite baths. This was a very comfortable weekend retreat for our family. Would definitely book again!"

"Ashley was always quick to respond with questions that I had! We had everything we needed and the house was ready for us! The kitchen was an open concept with the living room, which was very nice! The house situated on a dead end and it was very quiet and peaceful! Nice to set on the front porch where you could see the lake and watch the deer! Would definitely recommend this nice home!"

"This was a great little spot. We had a blast glamping! The camper was clean and everything we needed. The fire pit had several comfy chairs. There was a picnic table for eating. The shared pool was fun. The private hot tub was awesome. With the detailed directions we had no problem finding it even though its a little bit hidden. Close to Carbondale for dining, shoping and tons of stuff to do. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back."

"We were extremely happy with this rental and loved the extra perks of ice, water, coffee, and snacks provided by the owner. What a gem! We will definitely make this our go to for overnight stays when traveling to southern IL. "

"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "
