"We were in town for an event and only had a one night stay. Everything about the Inn was a delight. We were made to feel at home by the staff from the first moment as Tracy gave us a tour of the amenities and showed us to our room. The homemade ginger cookies in the break area were yummy. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented and the fresh biscotti were a delight. Our room was comfortable and the little touches like a fresh bottle of water were notable. "Great all around! My only complaint is they did not have any diet or zero sugar drink selections in their vending area, nor at breakfast. The morning breakfast staff was great interacting and joking with my two boys, as well as helping them with their plates, drinks, etc. Would definitely stay here again!"

"First off don't expect Hot fresh coffee! My family and I went to the lobby to grab coffee and tye coffee was COLD!!! Asked the lady at the front about the coffee (this was at 8:30pm) she stated she just clocked in at 3pm and hadn't made a fresh pot for either coffee meaning Strong, Decaf and light coffee until 9pm!! Why?? She was NOT FRIENDLY at all!! Again for breakfast the lady there this morning (9am) had not finished brewing the coffee which we drink Strong and that coffee hadn't been brewed...

"Room was clean, spacious and quiet! Staff was excellent and checkin was quick. Breakfast was good. Love the grits and that banana bread; reminded me of my grandmothers. Will definitely be back and next time I will be bringing my bathing suit. The pool looks so good and they have the lounging chairs I can relax in! My new go to for my work trips to Kinston."

"I forgot my slippers so use bath mat to walk on floor. The room was spotless clean. Bed was comfortable. Its old style property but well maintained . My only issue was a chair just looked worn. Faded to the point I didn't want to sit in it. TV table were old school but that was fine.. caught a fair price for a very clean room."

"Started at the entrance. Guy at front doors saying the f-word many, many times loudly. Dirt in corner, dirty carpet, no hot water, Could not adjust fridge temp(too warm)and very noisy. One very inflated price online and much better price at the desk. The whole first floor being renovated. No fun at the price we paid."
