"When staying in a budget quality hotel, all I really care about is location, a comfortable bed and cleanliness. This Comfort Inn was right by where our family lived, so that was a given, and the place was clean too with the room cleaned up all three of the days that we stayed there. "Although the room was clean, comfortable beds and spacious, the door could not close properly. I had to call the front desk for help and felt insecure. The manager proposed to change the room. The room had this strange and disturbing vibration, coming from a sort of machine downstairs. The whole bed and floor were vibrating. We asked to change rooms again!! The hotel administration knew about this issue and could prevent any guest to stay there. The A/C was also annoying, it stopped for long...
