Perfect for 4 people, this apartment consists of two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom, separate toilet, a large living room with open kitchen and a south-west facing terrace overlooking the mountains.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Tastefully decorated in a style mixing retro and modern, this apartment has all the services necessary for a successful holiday: Wifi, TV, games, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, equipped kitchen and coffee machine.
A bicycle garage is also at your disposal, and you can leave your car in the condominium parking.
Doussard is located at the end of Lake Annecy, enjoy its beach, its shops and discover its nature reserve located less than a kilometre away!
The trail leading to Doussard beach and the nature reserve passes just behind the condominium, and will also lead you to the bike path that leads to Annecy.
