"The Kist is one of the most beautiful accommodations, we‘ve ever been. Surrounded by fields & hills, with a lot of animals around you, it is very quiet. On the other hand the next greater town (Stirling) is not far away and from there you can travel by train very easy and fast to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Stirling is also worth visiting. The accommodation is very nice and equipped and Ilona and her husband are very helpful landlords. I hope, we will come back one day!"

"We had a marvelous stay.The property was clean and very comfortable. It had all we needed for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The views over the fields and valley from the living room were outstanding and made a great backdrop for our holiday. Nearby Crieff and other towns easily accessible. We will be back. "Friendly staff at check-in/out. The place is very basic and was last updated probably ages ago. It is more hostel than hotel, with residents using self-catering kitchen etc, hence the bargain price. Showers and WCs a couple of strides down the corridor. Both them and the room were kept very clean. Double bedroom a more generous size than expected. Mattress is basic with wobbly springs but hey...linen was clean and fresh. "

Infelizmente não tivemos aquecimento na primeira noite, porque havia uma festa nas dependências do hotel, o que aparentemente esgota a possibilidade de aquecer os quartos (sistema). Nos disseram que iam buscar um aquecedor elétrico, mas também não havia. Nos deram dois cobertores!!! E mesmo com nossa reclamação, mal nos atendiam, fingindo muita ocupação digitando em computadores. Péssima a atuação dos funcionários."
