"Our stay started off with a warm welcome at check in from John and his trusty sidekick Rex. To our surprise we were given an amazing hamper of locally sourced essentials and treats. "Our stay was fantastic, Very comfortable and bed was amazing. The house is in an amazing position if you enjoy a romantic walk on the beach. Felt like it was our personal beach. Fantastic views from just outside the bark door. Only thing that was wrong was they wanted to charge extra for any extra people that might stay, we also had to purchase our own dishwashing detergent because the bottle was empty."

"We're so glad we booked the blue house. It was perfect. The beds, pillows, utensils and everything you can think of good quality. The location is fantastic and it worked well with seperate areas for the kids, and my wife and I. The backyard backs on to the estuary/beach and two little jetties. Next time we're in Tassie we're booking here. We stayed three nights and could happily stayed a week."

"The house is walking distance to blow hole and Bicheno town which was handy. We chose the house as it had a table tennis table but we couldn’t use it as they didn’t supply ping pong balls which was disappointing. The kitchen is downstairs while the lounge is upstairs which didn’t really suit our needs, but it was great to have the 4 bedrooms. The lounge is very comfy. "

"The hotel is well located in the city, with a good restaurant and a liquor store next door. The room was clean and organized, with free parking and a comfortable bed. Check-in was done by phone and they left the key in a locker because we arrived later than reception hours."
