"Modern, comfortable double room perfect for our stay in St Andrews to attend a wedding nearby. Much nicer than other well known budget hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Room was spotless and bed comfy. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The location worked for us but it is on the edge of St Andrews and would be a good walk or taxi ride into the centre. If this doesn’t put you off then I’d definitely recommend staying here. As other reviews have said there are other flats being...

"Fabulous stay at this cottage in picturesque scenery! Great and comfortable place with stunning views from the conservatory. Ideal spot for visits to St Andrews and the Fife region. Very kind hosts who supplied us with eggs, milk, cheese, bread, and even short bread. Definitely a recommendation!"

"This property is 5 star!! Each bedroom had its own bath, the outdoor garden area has a ton of seating and is ready for bon fires and all outdoor cooking amenities. The hot tub, sauna, steam room were great, easy to use and very clean. The host is a fantastic communicator"

Only about a 10 minute walk from train station and most places walkable but also lots of buses if you want to explore. "Stay was really good. Property was easy to find and locate. Leigh-Anne gave us detailed instructions of how to locate key for property and some nice welcome touches when we arrived.Place is beautifully decorated and kept and right next to the beach which was ideal for the dog.Would highly recommend a stay here for anyone looking for a nice quiet relaxing break away."

"Kath and Ross were wonderful hosts. Communication was exceptional. Place is exactly as advertised. Location is just a 5 minute walk to all St Andrews has to offer; shopping, restaurants, harbor, Abbey etc. gas station less than a quarter mile away. Food stores Aldi and Morrisons about a mile away. Just a splendid location. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we return! "
