The house can accommodate up to 10 people. It is located in the Roches Blanches district, in Tréboul, 450m from the White Sands beach. It overlooks the sea and offers a magnificent view of the bay of Douarnenez.
You can access, on foot, the thalassotherapy center and the nautical center.
Shops and restaurants can be found near the villa.

On the ground floor :
 Entrance, 70m2 living space, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (160x200 cm bed) + adjoining shower room, WC.

Upstairs :
 Large terrace, four bedrooms (three 160x200 cm beds, two 90x190cm beds), a bathroom (shower + bath), two shower rooms adjoining the bedrooms, WC.

Exterior: 80m2 terrace.

Barbecue, garden furniture, sunbeds, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a second fridge in the laundry room, hairdryer in each room, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, three TVs, stereo system , traditional coffee maker, Nespresso machine.
