"This home was absolutely beautiful! It had everything we needed for a fantastic girls trip! The hostess was very responsive and so nice. Deer were in the yard every morning and evening. The view was incredible. We were close to the hot springs and Aspen. Would highly recommend this home!"

"Loved the location. Easy walk to downtown Glenwood Springs about 8 to 10 minutes. Kitchen was well stocked. Knives could use some sharpening. Would suggest a low rug for back back when rain comes to be able to wipe shoes before entering house. Perfect location for mid way point to get to Aspen and Vail. Would DIFFENTELY consider this house again when looking for place to stay. Worked perfectly for my family with the 4 bedrooms and the pullout sofa. "

"Beautiful, little cottage/cabin just off the river and not far from downtown Glenwood. You can tell that every little detail was accounted for. Aplliances are state of the art. The entire property is very well done. If you struggle with stairs the rotating stair case to the bedrooms may not be for you. I can't reccomend highly enough!"

"Well furnished and comfortable home. So close to downtown restaurants. Easy to take a jaunt to Aspen or Vail. We ate out every night, so didn't use too many appliances. Beds were very comfortable, water pressure perfect. There are apple trees in the back yard, with a nice long porch off the main floor so youre in the trees. Walking trail goes right by the house. We would definitely stay here again."

"This home was set up for large family gatherings. Don't be fooled by the house looking small when you arrive. The inside is huge. We had 3 families and everyone was able to have their own room and all the beds were comfortable and large.My kids loved the mini-golf, fire pit and pool table. They couldn't wait to get back to the house each night to play."

"The location cannot be beat. This property sits right on the river, which is perfect for strolling the trails after work or doing whatever needs to be done during the day. The only concern for me was the level of humidity. There is no A/C and the fans are great, but the ope windows were not helping cool things off, since it was very humid for my entire stay. Other than that, it was perfecrt. "
