"Hotel novo, limpo, quartos confortáveis, café da manha maravilhoso, atendentes do café extremamente solícitos e gentis.Única ressalva foi o fato de pedirmos ajuda com as malas qdo chegamos, pois meu marido fez cirugia de coluna e não podia levantar peso, e não fomos atendidos com gentileza! "I stayed in the Double King room with extra space. I chose this room because there were 4 adults staying in the room and we wanted the King sized beds for better sleep. The extra space was honestly just wasted space. There needs to be a couch or extra chair in the room to make the space useful. We were only given 3 towels and 4 hangers total for the 4 adults staying in the room so it was a pain to have to go down and ask for additional when I clearly marked there were 4 adults staying. "We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "

Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great!
