Your holiday home Ockenfels - Brandgansstraße is located in a quiet residential area.
From here you can reach the bakery, the supermarket, the beautiful restaurants, the Inddorspielplatz Sturmfrei or the WellNeßmersiel, Fahradverleih comfortable walk.

The beach and harbor are about 1.8 km away.

Equipment house
In our house we offer on 95 m² spread over two levels room for 5 people, a toddler and a dog.

Ground floor:

Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, toothbrush cup, vanity mirror, toilet, sink

Bedroom:
Single room with spacious wardrobe, dessert and games corner.

The bedroom floor is tiled as the entire ground floor.


Kitchen:

Kitchenette with cooker with ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, waffle maker, kettle, cooking utensils, blender, toaster

You will not miss anything in our kitchen, what you need for a relaxing holiday.

At the cozy table with 5 chairs you will find enough space for dining or for social games.

Living room:

Cozy couch in L-shape, armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, DVD movies, board games.

The floor is busy.

On all windows are exterior blinds and beautiful pleats on the inside, which conjure a cozy atmosphere.



Upstairs:

The upper floor can be reached via a massive wooden staircase from the corridor # out.

There are two more separate bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom.

The hall and the two bedrooms are designed with PVC floorboards
 

Bedroom 1 floor:

The double beds in the dimensions 100x 200 cm, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, children's play area with a small table and 2 small chairs.

For our little guests are Lego Duplo stones, children's books, children's games ready.



Bedroom 2 OG:

Single bed in the dimensions 90 × 200, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, reading corner with armchair, satellite TV, armchair

 

Bathroom OG:

The bathroom is also tiled and has a shower, a toilet, a sink, a bench with storage space, makeup mirror, toothbrush cup and a hairdryer. Also the bathroom on the upper floor was completely redesigned and renovated in the early years.
