Urlideal for the whole family and offering excellent value for money. Our approximately 95 m² vacation home on the North Sea can accommodate up to 6 people, including a toddler, for whom a separate crib is provided.

Our vacation home has its own fenced-in playground and a garden and is equipped with, among other things, a sauna in a separate annex of the homeowners’ association (WEG), Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a grill. In addition, a washing machine and dryer are provided free of charge in the homeowners’ association’s utility room. The vacation home also features a fenced-in patio, which is further bordered by arborvitae trees for privacy, among other things.

The very affordable rates include use of the washing machine and dryer, final cleaning, and energy costs. However, should special cleaning be required, it will be billed based on actual labor.

Our house is ideal for families with children. You’ll find our cozy townhouse in Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel. The nearest supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is about a 20-minute walk.

On the upper floor of the vacation home, you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed and a crib, as well as the children’s room with 3 single beds, a table, and chairs. There is also a shower room on the upper floor.

On the first floor, you’ll find a living room featuring a fireplace, satellite TV, a CD player, and numerous books. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. There is also a second shower room available on the first floor.

Outside, you’ll find a south-facing, wind-protected terrace with patio furniture, as well as a great sauna in the adjacent building. Guests of the Huus Godewind homeowners’ association (WEG) are welcome to use the sauna. The WEG consists of 4 houses. Guests who wish to use the sauna can sign up on a schedule in the utility room and, for example, reserve the sauna for themselves for 3 hours. You may also use the sauna multiple times a day. Only one sauna key is intentionally provided for the entire property so that guests are not disturbed while using the sauna.

For our younger guests, we have an on-site playground and a play area next to the house. We also provide a handcart and a tricycle upon request.

About 500 meters from the vacation home, you’ll find, among other things, a supermarket with a bakery and various restaurants.

My vacation home is equipped with various toys, a tricycle, and a handcart, and is available for rent year-round. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation with us, no matter the season, and do something for your health at the same time. A subsidy from your health insurance provider may be available. We’re happy to answer any questions you may have.

The invigorating seaside climate is especially beneficial during the cold season. After a walk in the crisp sea air, you can warm up in the sauna and make yourself comfortable by the fireplace.

Up to 3 dogs or cats are also welcome in our vacation home. A daily fee of €7.00 per dog or
