Holiday home in Neßmersiel with Wi-Fi

Our lovingly furnished, 75 sq m non-smoking holiday home is located about a 5-minute walk from the village center at the beginning of a cul-de-sac. It offers accommodation for four guests on a ground and upper floor, as well as a south-facing terrace with an adjoining, fenced garden (garden furniture provided) and a parking space. The ground floor features a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen and a separate WC. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (adjustable slatted frames) and a built-in wardrobe, as well as another bedroom/children's room with two single beds, a wardrobe, a smart TV, and a desk with a chair. There is also a bathroom with a shower, WC, and washing machine (free use). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. From April to September, a beach chair is available for your free use on the beach in Neßmersiel.
