"A little gem just a little out of 'town' but since there's not much to town that doesnt matter. Clean, well appointed, hot tub and laundry facilities. The perfect spot for a mountain bike get away! Do it!"

"Eclectic house on a hill surrounded by trees! Very quiet and plenty of room for our family of four. Host is very responsive, and the house is in a great location."

"My husband and I stayed here for our niece’s graduation. Gladys was very responsive and the town house was very clean and well appointed. I’m not sure if the listing states that the bedrooms are all upstairs but that might be a good idea in case someone can’t climb the stairs. Everything was lovely!"

"We were in town for a friend's wedding. This location was excellent for all the wedding activities. The house was clean and comfortable. Fenced back yard was great for letting the dog out late night or early morning. A school, park and Amazon trails were a few blocks away and was excellent for dog walking. We would stay here again."

"A sweet house carefully curated for guests. We cooked a family birthday dinner and had all the tools we needed. Hosts left us a beautiful welcome basket w fruit n candy and a bottle of Oregon wine! Location in SE Eugene near the bike path was also a plus. "

"This is my first short term rental experience and this home blew away my expectations. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. It was well equipped and everything was neatly labelled. Even the light switches! A lot of our time was spent around the firepit, in the hot tub, and in the game room. We had several deer grazing in the backyard every day of our stay. We had such a good time. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"Our extended family descended upon Eugene to celebrate our youngest daughter’s graduation from UO. This is a well-situated rental with proximity to UO and downtown. it was very quiet and gave us plenty of room to stretch out (8 of us). I’d say the only negative (which wasn’t really that big of an issue) is that the upstairs bedrooms are blocked n order to accommodate window air conditioners so if you do want just fresh air with an open window, that’s not possible and the AC units are very loud....
