"Excelente hotel, muito limpo e confortável, só senti falta de tomadas USB para carregar o celular, por sorte tinha levado um adaptador senão teria problemas para carregar o celular. Excelente café da manhã."

"Location was convenient, staff was very helpful and kind, air conditioning was great, room was clean for most parts. Property is needed repairs and furniture in dining area also. Breakfast was cold at 7 am a lot of things were not available"

"In our room the carpet felt sticky, the wallpaper was coming apart at the corners, it smelt musky, the curtains would not stay closed, the bath tub had mold in spots and the paint on the tap was peeling. We stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never entered our room. We had to go get clean towels. The breakfast was just okay. There was a large dumpster out front of hotel with a big pile of junk next to it. The pool area needed cleaned, the water was murky and could have used a good cleaning also."

"Our room was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was more than adequate with a few hot dishes among the Continental fare. The pool is quite small and only 4 ft deep- just as an FYI, but it still felt nice after a day spent in the heat. The only thing that we did not care for at all was the sliding bathroom door, not a pocket door, just sliding from the top. My husband forgot about the door and leaned his back against it to steady himself, and instead, he fell...

"I was charged 3 times and no one seemed to know why. They said to wait 24 hours. The first 2 charges then after I called another charge showed up. the TV remote hardly worked. Very frustrating to see charges show up and no one seemed to know why. I was told to try and call when a manager was available. Tried customer service but took a very long time."

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."
