"The property is situated amidst lush foliage, a botanical garden of trees & plants with wooden boardwalks, fencing, & buildings. Offers a quiet & refreshing 'close-to-nature' vibe -- a genuine retreat from the urban bustle (you don't hear any of the noisy street traffic just a few short blocks away).
