"Beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds are kept so nicely with endless wildlife to watch. We loved hanging out in the pool and bird watching. The iguana that seems to reside on the grounds was a joy to see each day! The location was very convenient between Uvita and Dominical.There is some construction of a new home going on nearby so we could hear the workers during the day. Only recommendation would be to let the guests know when gardener/pool people would be...

"Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. "

"What an incredible villa! Pictures do not do it justice, the home is gorgeous and the view from the pool area is absolutely breathtaking! We had more than enough space for our family of four, toucans in the trees by the pool deck and scarlet macaws flying overhead! Had minor hot water/AC issues which were immediately addressed and fixed. Road up is no joke, doable but steep and rocky so grab a 4x4 like others are saying. Perfect location 7 min to town, would highly recommend! "
