"Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open."

The location is perfect—right in the city centre and within walking distance of town, making everything you need easily accessible. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was cleaned every day throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. They were also so kind and caring towards my little boy, making us both feel right at home. Fijians truly are...

"The Tv in the room was not working when I ask the staff they told me non of the TV is working in this apartment when I told them it’s says on booking that flat screen tv in the room they told me that they don’t have control on Expedia , I spent my time just setting doing nothing when I’m the room very disappointed"

"Considering the price point, the hotel offers good value for money. However, the internet connection in the rooms is quite poor. Most of the time, it is difficult to get reliable internet access from the room. I have experienced this issue consistently during my last few visits, and I hope the hotel can improve its Wi-Fi coverage."

"The bathroom is bad... the air con was difficult to handle. After dark you need to light up the lights from the outside so the people in the streets don't see what you are doing so the windows don't have a total blackout. The TV only has 2 channels and working badly... there were a lot of ants in the ground and in the bed. Laundry too expensive! Be careful! they will charge you extra 'taxes' for the laundry. if you need to print or scan anything they will charge you! I've never seen an hotel...

"TV did not work no handle on balcony door bathroom door had no handle and didi not close.The lift did not work so they moved me down 1 flight of stairs to a 2 room unit that had 7 beds in it ? As the lift was not getting fixed I left 5 days earlyat my own cost.This place should not be advertised on any website."

"Old property, you would never get out if there was a fire. Had a spiral.staircase to go to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Hard to use with suitcases. We would definitely not stay again."

"All rooms should be Sound Proof, could Not sleep at all, disturbed by all the noise and chatter. Very disappointing. Breakfast has gone down hill too, poor options and quality. Not worth it at all."
