The bathroom has been recently renovated, while the WC is separate. Outside, you'll find a lovely terrace and a garden, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.



The house comes with all the essential amenities, including a vitroceramic cooktop, hood, refrigerator/freezer, oven/grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a TV. Wi-Fi is available, and the garden furniture invites you to unwind outside.



The property is well-located, just 8 minutes by bike from the beautiful Vert Bois beach and surf club. The village center of Dolus, with shops and amenities, is only 15 minutes away, while the ILEO aquatic center is a 20-minute bike ride away.



Bed linen and towels are available as an option and must be paid for on-site.

The accommodation must be returned in the same level of cleanliness as upon your arrival.
