The property includes open plan living throughout the kitchen and lounge with floor to ceiling windows that capture the beautiful views of the Freycinet Peninsula and Great Oyster Bay. The lounge has a beautiful woodfire that is just perfect for those winter nights or cool summer evenings after a day of exploring the beach off the front deck or the famous Freycinet National Park.

The property has been renovated and includes beautifully appointed cabinetry and kitchen appliances which will make entertaining guests with the famous local produce effortless. Both private bedrooms have gorgeous queen size beds with views of the ocean only a stone's throw away. The third room has a double bed with a bunk for the kids or extra guests.

Outside the property there is a wraparound deck, heated shower and bathtub all of which can be enjoyed with 180-degree views of the ocean. The huge outside bathtub has a yoga deck surrounding it, which enjoys all day sun. From the deck you only need to walk ten metres and you are on the beach where you can walk, ride, swim or even surf.

From the property you need only drive 2 minutes where you will find a local oyster farm where you can enjoy its famous seafood. Also, a little further up the road are the many vineyards to sample the famous east coast wines and produce.
