"I had an amazing time at The Roost. From the minute I stepped on grounds, I felt welcomed. The room was beautifully decorated and clean, staff were all nice and welcoming, and the pool area was so serene. All of the decor was so beautiful and detail oriented. You all exceeded my expectations. My favorite getaway spot... I will definitely be back. "

"I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. I called the help number and discovered the owner had outsourced the management to either Pakistan or India. I could barely understand the guy on the phone, and he was unable to help me. He couldn't find the local...

"Our stay was good. Hotel is very nice. Only problem was the had a power outage and the elevators were out when we went to breakfast so we had to climb down 8 floors of stairs. Good thing our baseball game was at 4 that afternoon instead of early in the morning. Finally came back up around 20 to 12. Know it wasn’t the hotel’s fault."

"The bed seemed a little on the firm side, but the accommodations were clean good. TV could be a little bigger. "

"I have never stayed at a hotel that didn’t offer housekeeping. They sent you a text by the time you got to your room, not telling you in person. if you wanted anything extra like towels or necessities to text this number, but they do not do housekeeping I just found this very weird and not usual. Three nights I like to have my bed straightened, and my garbage emptied "

"We liked that everything we needed was right there and didnt need to drive for our entire stay, and if we wanted to venture out everything we did was within walking distance. Really liked how the Margaritaville roof top bar was near the pool and you could also order food from there, plus the poolside swim-up bar had so many kinds of tropical drinks, the "5-O'clock somewhere" was my favorite, plus "cheeseburger in paradise" from the grill, was excellent as was the grilled Shrimp."
