"Need maintenance for sure and cleaning "

"Room was okay and clean, The nights were extremely noisy because there is a sitting area outside the room and many would sit at early morning hours and would talk very loudly, being very inconsiderate to the other hotel guests. This sitting area outside the room have to taken away"

"It’s my best experience at an ibis hotel. From the kindness of the staff to the hotel facilities, which were impeccable. I congratulate the reception staff, especially Mr. Mahmoud, who, from the moment he received me, treated me with great kindness, gently and he was ready to help with whatever I needed. "Everything was perfect "

"The staff are friendly, the breakfast is very poor and limited.. the floor in the room is very slippery which is very hazardous, I told the receptionist that either if I wear the socks or not, or even wearing the shoes still slippery. Hopefully no one got harmed for that slippery floor "
