"Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again. "

"We stayed while my adult daughter had a full week worth of appointments at Mayo. It was so comfortable and homey. She was able to have her own space for napping. I was able to walk easily to the small grocery store. We walked to Mayo and St. Mary’s but sometimes took uber. The home was nicely stocked with high quality supplies. It was great to have pryex to store leftover food in. The owners also reached out to check on us after some severe weather. I felt very safe in this home and walking in...

"We absolutely loved our stay at this home! It was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The movie room was a definite highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!"

"Right off the lake was so fun! The kids swam off the dock every day and we all took wakeboarding lessons from Carter (Big Water Sports). He worked with our kids ages 11, 9, 7, and 5 so well. They learned a lot and had a blast! I would highly recommend him! It was super convient that he could pick us up/drop us off at our dock AND that we could watch them wakeboard from our dock and see the progress they were making so quickly! "Chris was very responsive and always had an open line of communication with us. The house was a little dated and creaky, but insanely charming and cozy! The only thing I will note (and may have missed in the listing) is the AC for the house is just two window units upstairs, but it still remained nice and cool throughout the house while we were there and did not cause us any issues!"

"This home not only met, but exceeded our needs for my family’s weekend in Rochester. Communication with the homeowner was very easy and I found Broc to be very responsive to all my questions. As a result, check-in was a breeze. We found the house to be very clean and outfitted with everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was cute and very quiet. We come to Rochester frequently. If possible, we will stay here again. "
