Villa Niko**** is fully renovated house, located in the small village within walking distance to the sea. A large yard and its facilities provide many opportunities for fun and relaxation. The main floor consists of a kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, coffee machine, and all other needs for preparing delicious food. Connected is an open space with a living room, comfortable sofa, armchair, tv with satellite programs, and dining table. On the first floor is a master bedroom and a kid's bedroom which can easily be converted into a couple's bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms are newly decorated with big king size tall beds and an amazing view of beautiful nature and the pool. The bathroom is equipped with laundry machine, ironing staff, hair dryer. Large, covered terrace with outdoor dining table, grill place, kids' corner with swings, big private pool surrounded with cozy deck chairs under shade of canopy is just a small part of what this house and our island can offer. All house and outdoor area is covered with free Wi-Fi. This villa has a garden and free parking. Villa Niko**** is completely air conditioned, and all windows and entrance doors are equipped with mosquito net.

Villa Niko**** is located on the north part of the island. In our village, you will find sheep's wandering around and you can enjoy the terrace view listening to "the silence of nature". The locations are such that it gives you plenty of opportunities for excursions and entertainment. In addition to the famous Biserujka cave, and a close distance beach just a few minutes' walk from the house down a natural path, there are many cycling and hiking trails, diving centers as well rent-a-boat, rent-a-quad, and many other activities around the island. Close to Villa Niko**** is our friendly dog beach. What's more, the famous Uvala Soline, known for its healthy healing mud, is 5 km from villa! The same distance away is also the spectacular Cizici, with restaurants, pizzeria, coffee shops, bakery, and a grocery store.
